Your tasks
As a Coffee Shop Manager, you are responsible for the fortunes of your store and take responsibility for your team
As a team member with a leadership function, you take care of your team’s needs, motivate and lead them and always set a good example at work
You provide new employees with comprehensive training, introduce them to our coffee culture and continuously train all employees according to their knowledge and wishes
You organize, coordinate and control the processes in service and food production in order to always provide our guests with a great guest experience
You are responsible for the duty roster of your store, monitor compliance with important key figures using operational controlling tools and take care of cash register accounting and payment transactions
Cost-conscious purchasing, ordering and recording inventories are also part of your diverse range of tasks

You have completed vocational training in the hospitality industry or acquired a comparable qualification and have several years of professional experience in the catering or retail sector
You have team spirit, empathy and good interpersonal skills, but can also assert yourself and make clear announcements when necessary
You are solution-oriented and creative, have a hands-on mentality and are flexible
