The ADAC Regionalclub Schleswig-Holstein e.V., with its headquarters and seven branch offices, is an independent association within the ADAC general association, whose purpose is to represent and promote the interests of motoring, motor sport and tourism in the regional area of Schleswig-Holstein. Your tasks
Would you like to inspire our customers for breathtaking destinations or simply plan a little time out? For us, MOBILITY doesn’t just mean getting around on the road, on the water or in the air, but also safety, development and being part of a great team!
You will inspire and advise our customers on worldwide vacation destinations and actively sell a wide range of travel-related services.
You will also support our members and customers on ADAC membership, member services and mobility issues.
You will also actively broker ADAC insurance and financial services in line with requirements and offer individual services and goods relating to ADAC membership.
You will strengthen customer loyalty and increase new customer acquisition through first-class service both in personal customer meetings and on the telephone.
Your qualifications
You have completed training as a travel or tourism agent or in the commercial sector.
You enjoy dealing with people, have a high degree of service orientation and a demand-oriented sales affinity.
You also have excellent specialist, product and destination knowledge.
You enjoy mobility topics and are interested in insurance and financial services.
