Your tasks
Management and coordination of a 12-person reception team
Creation and optimization of duty rosters
Responsibility for accounting and billing of reception services
Ensuring first-class customer service and guest satisfaction
occasional work at reception
Training and induction of new employees
Processing customer enquiries
Supporting the planning and implementation of events and promotions
Creating reports and statistics for evaluation
Your qualifications
ideally successfully completed training in the hotel or service sector
Experience in team management in the reception area
good knowledge of MS Office, IT affinity and experience in dealing with modern cash register systems
courteous interaction with our guests, representative, confident and friendly demeanor
Service orientation, communication, team and organizational skills as well as an independent and goal-oriented way of working
flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays
Willingness to work shifts
