Your tasks
You will inspire and advise our customers on vacation destinations worldwide and actively sell a wide range of travel-related services.
You will also advise our members and customers on ADAC membership, member benefits and mobility issues.
You will also actively broker ADAC insurance and financial services in line with requirements and offer individual services and goods relating to ADAC membership.
You will strengthen customer loyalty and increase new customer acquisition through first-class service both in personal customer meetings and on the telephone.
Your qualifications
You have completed training as a travel or tourism agent or in the commercial sector.
You enjoy dealing with people, have a high degree of service orientation and a demand-oriented sales affinity.
You also have excellent specialist, product and destination knowledge.
You enjoy mobility topics and are interested in insurance and financial services.
