Your tasks
Location-related implementation of the department strategy and compliance with company standards.
Profitability control with the help of our merchandise management system.
Compliance with hygiene standards, occupational health and safety and labor law regulations.
Superordinate staff allocation at the entire location, staff requirement planning.
Personnel management of up to 40 employees together with the kitchen and bistro management.
Close cooperation with the head of operations management and the head of department.
Participation in further and advanced training.
Your qualifications
At least three years of completed training in the hotel or catering industry.
Good business management skills, e.g. acquired through additional training at a hotel management school.
Several years of relevant professional and management experience within the last five years.
Very good written and spoken German, at least level C1, and knowledge of English.
Proficient with OUTLOOK, WORD and EXCEL, merchandise management program, time recording including staff scheduling.
A management style with which you can win over your team, plan resource requirements with foresight and ensure clear allocation of tasks.

Working hours: fixed-term employment contract with flexible 40-hour week and free time management, as well as free weekends and evenings
