Development Lead Mobile Solutions (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- University degree in (business) informatics, engineering or a comparable qualification
- Proven experience in managing software development projects, especially in the development and operation of mobile solutions
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment processes (CI/CD)
- In-depth knowledge of various programming languages, frameworks and architectural designs relevant to mobile app development
- Knowledge of monitoring and optimizing the performance of applications
- Experience in software development and in managing third-party developers and suppliers
- Very good knowledge of English and German and confident in using MS Office 365
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-industry stakeholders
Your destination
- Management of the development and maintenance of mobile applications throughout the entire software life cycle
- Management of the (external) development team
- Defining and ensuring high quality and performance standards
- Planning and documenting technical specifications for a clear development roadmap
- Develop and configure applications to meet business requirements
- Build internal development capacity if required
- Define standards for testable, scalable and efficient code and conduct code reviews
- Mentoring junior team members and promoting best practices in the industry
- Active curiosity for relevant new technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the software product
