Luna in Offenbach am Main, located on the modern harbor island, will soon be opening its doors and inviting guests to an extraordinary culinary experience. The restaurant offers space for up to 40 guests, who can enjoy an exclusive tasting menu with innovative and creative creations at Michelin-star level.
The restaurant’s culinary mastermind is Croatia’s youngest Michelin-starred chef, Deni Srdoč, who is behind the unique compositions that will enchant every palate. With its modern, elegant atmosphere and unique location on the harbor island, Luna creates the perfect ambience for unforgettable moments of indulgence.
For the new star-motivated team we are looking for
Sommeliers (m/f/d)
on a full-time basis to strengthen our team with passion and creativity.
This is how you support us:
- Independent work in the restaurant area with a focus on wine
- Advising guests on food and wine recommendations
- Maintaining and developing the wine list
- Orders and calculations in collaboration with the purchasing department
- Continuous monitoring of the latest wine trends
- Monitoring the correct storage and ageing of wines
- Ensuring high quality standards and excellent guest service
- Training the service team in wine knowledge and tasting techniques
What you bring with you:
- Completed training in gastronomy with a focus on wine or comparable qualification as a sommelier
- Relevant experience in upscale gastronomy
- Sound knowledge of German wines
- Open-mindedness, guest orientation and a friendly and well-groomed appearance
- Very good written and spoken German
- Ability to work in a team
