As the Volkswagen Group’s communication platform, the Autostadt in Wolfsburg brings the Group’s values and the topic of mobility to life in all its facets. Fascinating brand worlds, interactive exhibitions and impressively staged events amaze our guests from all over the world.
To support our various attractions, we are looking for service-oriented and automotive-enthusiastic Guest Service Assistants (m/f/d) on a part-time or full-time basis, initially for a limited period of one year.
Your tasks
Get involved!
Look after visitors to the Autostadt individually and with excellent service
Travel through automotive history together with them
Present the brand diversity of the Volkswagen Group
Accompany our young and old guests as they experience a wide range of attractions
Inspire those interested in the topics of mobility and sustainability
Welcome our guests to exciting events
Your qualifications
Completed two-year or three-year vocational training, ideally in the service or automotive-related sector
Enjoy working with people and have a high level of service and customer orientation
A pleasant, professional appearance and good communication skills
German language skills and practice in the use of a foreign language
A high degree of flexibility and a willingness to develop further
