Alte Försterei Veranstaltungs GmbH & Co. KG is a subsidiary of 1. FC Union Berlin e. V., which organizes its events, i.e. the home matches of 1. FC Union Berlin e.V., as well as over 300 other events per year on its grounds and in its stadium. Our company’s services include catering for all in-house and external events, canteen services for all employees and sports-specific catering for the club’s teams.
Your tasks
Production of homemade desserts, cakes and sweets
Supporting the kitchen team with all other food preparations
Supervision, as well as setting up and dismantling buffets
Compliance with legal requirements and company standards (HACCP guidelines, hygiene and occupational safety)
Your qualifications
Completed training as a chef or confectioner or comparable professional experience
Interest, passion and creativity for “sweets”
