Here you will support the operations management and department management in the technical and disciplinary management of the customer center (ID office, visitor reception, service desk). You will be responsible for the smooth running of processes and the further development of the respective sub-area.

What you can do with us
- You will be responsible for independently coordinating the work processes of the respective teams in the three customer/service centers, consisting of the ID card office, visitor reception, service desk and 1st level support plant security at the three sites in Leverkusen, Dormagen and Krefeld-Uerdingen.
- You will ensure the smooth running of all processes in the customer/service centers as well as the further development of the respective sub-area.
- You coordinate your team, support them in prioritizing tasks and step in when bottlenecks occur.
- You will be actively involved in day-to-day business, prepare internal key figures and create customer evaluations.
You will also take on escalation cases. - You always keep an eye on the productivity of the three customer/service centers and attach particular importance to the quality of service.
What you bring with you
- You have completed commercial training (e.g. industry/hotel/tourism or comparable) with relevant professional experience in customer service, security services, hotel/hospitality industry or similar.
- You have experience in service and good knowledge of complaint and ticket processing tools.
- You have already gained initial management experience (3-5 years), ideally in the area of customer service.
- You are characterized by your service mentality and you see yourself as an absolute team player (m/f/d).
- With your strong communication and social skills, you inspire your team and our customers. You have the ability to work in a team, problem-solving skills, assertiveness, resilience and motivation.
- You are confident in using IT systems and MS Office.
- You are business fluent in English (C1 level).
