The Haus Wohldenberg youth education center offers children, teenagers and young adults (up to the age of 27) an extracurricular place of learning for religious, social and personal education. The offers are provided by employees of the house, the youth ministry department or by the group leaders themselves. The house has 134 beds. The guests are catered for communally.
Your tasks
Preparing and serving daily meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Planning and calculating menus, creating meal plans
Ordering and receiving goods, checking them and storing them properly
Collaboration with the existing kitchen team
Supporting the kitchen management
Contact person for service providers and tradespeople in the kitchen area
Ensure a personal and hospitable atmosphere with your work
Ensuring and adhering to the HACCP concept
Daily cleaning of the kitchen and equipment
Cleaning the dining room
