Personnel Manager / Human Resources Manager on board (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Business studies, ideally with a focus on work organization/psychology or personnel management
- Several years of professional and management experience in the operational human resources area of an international company
- Proven experience in leadership development topics
- Good German and English language skills and confident handling of MS Office 365
- Strong communication skills, intercultural competence, empathy, analytical thinking and flexibility
Your destination
- Responsible for the personnel area with up to 1,400 crew members on board, in compliance with legal regulations, international regulations and internal processes
- Member of the senior management on board and thus a person of trust for the captain and our crew in a very dynamic and intercultural working environment
- Responsibility for the employee satisfaction of our crew in cooperation with the department and division heads on board
- Management and coordination of the Human Resources team on board (Training Manager & Crewpurser) in direct exchange with the HR department ashore
- Implementation of personnel development and coaching measures for our managers, as well as support with regard to training and further education opportunities
- HR ambassador, coordinates and moderates transparent employee communication & exchange on board (e.g. crew townhalls, workshops and meetings, etc.)
