Your tasks
Monitoring compliance with contractual obligations in several production kitchens in the Middle Franconia region
Management, deployment, training and further training of subordinate employees
Business and organizational management in the region
Monitoring and analyzing sales and cost trends
Planning and implementation of measures to optimize results
Timely calculation of new prices/new orders
Maintaining contact with the customer’s contacts
Creation and conversion of catering concepts
Monitoring compliance with HACCP guidelines and applicable food law regulations
Your qualifications
Completed training as a chef (m/f/d), preferably with further training as a chef (m/f/d) with several years of practical experience, preferably in communal catering or canteen kitchens
Experience in employee management desirable
Strong business management skills and confident handling of the MS Office package
Willingness to travel in the Middle Franconia region
Confident appearance paired with strong communication skills and structured thinking and acting
Ability to work in a team and a pronounced hands-on mentality
Driving license class B mandatory
