Cook (f/m/d) full-time in early service
Your area of responsibility includes:
- Preparation of hot and cold meals for the care of our patients in our two specialist departments of orthopaedics (normal diet) and psychosomatics (vegetarian wholefood diet) as well as colleagues
- Participation in the creation of meal plans
- partly serving meals in the internal staff canteen
- Assisting with the regular cleaning of the production kitchen
- Compliance with quality and hygiene guidelines (HACCP guidelines)
We would like you to have
- successfully completed training as a chef (f/m/d)
- Experience in the canteen kitchen or catering sector is desirable, but we are also happy to introduce newcomers to the daily work routine
- Experience in wholefood nutrition is desirable, but not a must
- Enjoy contact and interaction with patients and colleagues
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- an open-minded, team-oriented personality
