Your tasks - design, accompany, inspire

In this role, you will be the link between team, guest and concept - with room for personal responsibility and real co-design.

• You will lead our service team with appreciation, communication and an eye for individual strengths - and enjoy developing people further
• In close coordination with the gastronomic management, the kitchen and reception, you ensure that everything runs hand in hand
• You help to ensure that our guests feel at home from the very first moment - through service that is attentive, warm and professional
• You actively contributeideas and concepts - in the design of events, culinary offerings or new processes
• You think ahead in terms ofprocesses and standards - with the courage to adopt new approaches and a feel for what works in everyday life
• You support new colleagues and trainees, pass on knowledge and promote strong teamwork
• Planning and coordination are also part of your remit - forward-looking, fair and team-oriented
• You deal with feedback in an open and solution-oriented manner - whether from guests or within the team
• You pay attention to a cultivated ambience in the service and ensure that everything runs smoothly - from the equipment to the atmosphere
• You are a communicative link in meetings, working groups and everyday life - you share information, motivate and get involved
• You think economically and actively contribute to our processes - with ideas on how to combine quality and efficiency in a meaningful way

• Completed training in the catering or hotel industry and experience
• Enjoy supporting, strengthening and developing a team together
• A good feel for guests, quality and details - you know what's important
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working - even when things get lively
• Open communication, clarity and respectful interaction with others
• Interest in new approaches in gastronomy and a desire to develop yourself further
• Basic digital skills (e.g. cash register systems, hotel software, planning tools) are helpful
