Your tasks
Communication and negotiations with the in-house travel agency and service providers
Supporting the regular review and updating of the travel policy
Contact person for all employees on the subject of business trips
Identifying and analyzing existing processes in travel and mobility management
Development of strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Implementing new technologies and tools to improve processes
Development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to increase business traveler satisfaction
Training and supporting employees in the implementation of new processes
Your qualifications
Degree in business administration, tourism management, logistics or comparable qualifications
Several years of professional experience in travel or mobility management and process optimization
Strong analytical and organizational skills
High degree of independence
Negotiating skills and strong communication skills
Fluent written and spoken German and English
