Your tasks
Responsibility: Overall technical and personnel responsibility for our housekeeping department
Management: Management and guidance of the entire housekeeping team, including deployment and vacation planning, materials management and resources
Organization, preparation, distribution and monitoring of internal and external laundry and workwear
Implementation of seasonal decoration
Key management
Close cooperation with the management and other departments, participation in organizational meetings
Sustainability: implementation of environmental standards and further development of our sustainability concept
Your qualifications
Are you committed and motivated to take care of the many facets of housekeeping in our hospital? With the necessary attention to detail, you will take responsibility for the ambience, cleanliness and hygiene of the patient rooms, functional and administrative rooms and public areas. You have completed hotel-specific or housekeeping training (housekeeping manager, master, graduate of a specialist academy for housekeeping or similar) and have several years of management experience in a similar position
Ideally, you have experience with the introduction, implementation and control of standards and processes, in particular knowledge and implementation of hygiene standards in the hospital sector and are familiar with processes in upscale accommodation establishments
A guest- and service-oriented way of working is a matter of course for you
A trusting and appreciative approach to employees, colleagues and patients
You combine a high level of quality awareness with economic thinking
You are characterized by a positive charisma, a confident manner, resilience and flexibility
You have good German and IT skills
