Your tasks
Creation of duty rosters and coordination of the housekeeping and cleaning team
Close cooperation with other departments
Regular monitoring of compliance with all hygiene regulations and accident prevention regulations
Helping to organize indoor and outdoor events
Other activities according to the job description
Your qualifications
Completed training or several years of experience in housekeeping, hotel management or similar
You enjoy working with older people and managing staff
You have a talent for organization and are used to working independently and in a solution-oriented manner
You show empathy and appreciation towards residents and employees
Motivation and the ability to work in a team are in your blood, as is self-reflection
PC work is a matter of course for you (Word, Excel, Outlook etc.)
Seasonal decorating and creativity are your strengths
