Employee HR Tech & Analytics (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Business studies or training in the commercial sector or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in human resources and in dealing with HR systems
- Very good knowledge of English and German and confident with MS Office 365, especially with BI tools
- Tech affinity, an independent, structured and reliable way of working, flexibility and the ability to work in a team
Your destination
- Support for in-depth analyses and meaningful statistics
- Use of state-of-the-art analysis tools to determine relevant HR key figures that serve as a basis for well-founded decisions
- Promoting internal exchange and working closely with IT, other brands and service providers to increase efficiency through automation and analytics
- Participation in the holistic project planning, organization and execution as well as the successful implementation of projects that sustainably change the HR landscape
