The regional club ADAC Hansa e.V. was founded in 1904. Today, more than 140 employees work in our offices in Hamburg and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Here we take care of mobility, travel & vacation, insurance and, of course, ADAC membership.
Your tasks
You will develop and be responsible for a holistic marketing strategy to increase the brand awareness of our ADAC travel agencies and to sustainably increase sales.
You will be responsible for the strategic and content-related management of the Marketing | Tourism & Travel department and ensure effective cooperation with internal and external interfaces.
You will position our products and services in line with our strategy and manage the operational implementation in day-to-day business – including budget responsibility and target achievement based on defined KPIs.
You will analyze market and competitive data, identify trends and derive suitable measures.
You actively make internal processes more efficient and drive forward regional collaborations and partnerships.
You will support the Executive Board in strategic and operational issues and prepare internal appointments such as Executive Board meetings, general meetings, conferences and working group meetings and provide content support for these.
You work closely with all specialist departments, employees in the offices as well as with the head office and other regional clubs.
Your qualifications
You have successfully completed a degree in marketing or a comparable qualification, ideally with previous experience in tourism (travel).
You have experience in project management and in leading interdisciplinary teams.
