Central Group Reservations Staff (STARS)*
You will be happy to take on these tasks:
- Receiving and processing reservation, group and meeting requests
- Supervision of the entire booking process, including complaints processing and taking into account the franchise partner's bonus systems
- Creating, processing and filing all reservation correspondence
- Reservation control
- Telephone support for customers
- Options management
- Internal communication with all relevant departments
