EW Medien und Kongresse GmbH is part of the VDE Group (Verband der Elektrotechnik Elektronik Informationstechnik e.V.) and is closely associated with the BDEW Bundesverband der Energie- und Wasserwirtschaft e.V., which is based in Berlin and has another location in Offenbach am Main. As a service provider, we organize over 300 events in all formats every year. Our customers benefit from in-depth industry knowledge, current trends and a strong network – whether as participants, exhibitors or partners of our events.
Your tasks
Planning, organization and implementation of online and face-to-face events (e.g. seminars, meetings, conferences, congresses)
Coordination and support of speakers, service providers and participants
Support in participant management and project organization
Communication and contract negotiations with locations and external partners
Your qualifications
Completed studies or training in the event sector, tourism or office communication
Digital affinity and ideally some experience with event tools
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Strong communication skills, organizational talent and team spirit
Entrepreneurial thinking and good time management
Very good German and good English skills
Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany
