Supervisor HR Fleet (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Degree in business administration, human resources or comparable training
- Several years of professional experience in human resources or the service sector, ideally on board cruise ships
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
- A structured and careful way of working
- Strong oral and written communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team and flexibility
Your destination
- Independent processing of personnel requirements and deployment planning for national and international crew members in the defined area of responsibility in close coordination with the specialist departments, the HR Fleet Manager, the crewing agencies and Recruitment
- Maintaining the pool of high potentials for the internal career development of our crew
- Communication in English with various international agencies
- Maintenance of electronic personnel files, certificate checks and seamless verification for payroll accounting
- Support with area-specific projects
