People Development Partner (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Degree in human resources management, business administration with a focus on personnel management, business psychology or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as a personnel developer, particularly in the areas of performance and talent management
- Knowledge in the application of aptitude diagnostic procedures and project management
- Experience in conducting presentations, moderation and coaching sessions
- Strong communication skills and a proactive and structured way of working
Your destination
- Designing and supporting performance and talent management programs in all relevant specialist areas
- Responsibility for the derivation and implementation of individual development measures as well as the targeted application of aptitude diagnostic procedures as part of recruitment and promotion processes
- Advising our managers and employees on development-related issues and promoting high potentials and top performers as well as their succession planning
- Support and assistance in identifying individual and team development measures
- Active involvement in overarching HR projects at national and international level that support collaborative and innovative thinking and establish our values and cultural guidelines
