Your tasks
Reception and personal greeting of guests, customers and speakers
Supporting the switchboard and coordinating appointments for visitors
Organization of daily operations in the reception area including room allocation and guest lists
Support for high-profile events, meetings and VIP occasions
Coordination of catering, courier services and external service providers
Maintaining and representing the reception area in line with our brand aesthetics
Collaboration with the event, office and technical team to ensure that everything runs smoothly
Your qualifications
Experience in upscale reception, in the hotel industry, in the event sector or office management
Host:inside mentality and a confident, friendly demeanor
Very good communication skills in German and English
Organizational talent, discretion and reliability
Professional handling of Microsoft Office, Outlook and digital tools
Interest in design, aesthetics and stylish surroundings
