Assistant F&B Manager (m/f/d) on board the AIDA ships

• Training in the hotel industry and a subsequent
  business studies as well as several years of professional and
  Management experience in the hotel industry
• Experience in managing an international
  international crew, ideally on international cruise ships
• Business fluent in English and German, as well as confident
  in dealing with MS Office 365 and gastronomic
  System applications
• Confidence, a sense of responsibility and a
  structured and goal-oriented way of working

• Management of the Food & Beverage area (Bar & Restaurant)
  with up to 350 employees together with the F&B Manager
• Active host function as well as coordination and
  Control of all processes in the area of responsibility
• Takeover of personnel and duty planning as well as
  Training and education of employees
• Motivating the international crew in day-to-day operations
  Day-to-day business and supporting employees in their further development
• Monitoring compliance with safety, environmental and hygiene
  Hygiene guidelines in the area of responsibility
