Caritasverband für die Stadt Bonn e.V. is the local welfare organization of the Catholic Church. With more than 1,100 employees, we offer support for people in the areas of children, youth and family, integration and rehabilitation as well as living and housing in old age and illness in line with our motto “Seeing need and acting”. In our more than 60 different facilities and services, we support people according to their personal life situation. As a partner to urban society, we actively promote social interaction and social participation for all people in the federal city of Bonn.
In the area of living and housing in old age and illness, employees in three inpatient facilities and four outpatient care units look after elderly people and people in need of care.
Your tasks
Service in our in-house cafeteria for our residents, their relatives and guests of the house
Assisting with the preparation of cold meals as part of a senior-friendly meal service
Preparing and serving meals as well as setting and finishing tables for the evening meal
Implementing legal and operational safety and hygiene regulations in the kitchen and service
Assisting with the further development of quality in the catering area
Your qualifications
Experience in service desirable
Responsible, careful handling of food and work equipment
Knowledge and experience in the practical implementation of legal and hygienic regulations in the kitchen and service area
Independent, friendly and reliable personality
A positive attitude towards the Christian principles of our association
