Coordinator Connectivity & Internet Packages (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Completed vocational training in the commercial sector or a comparable qualification
- Understanding of process interrelationships and initial professional experience in project management or process optimization, ideally on board cruise ships
- Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365, especially Excel
- Independent and structured way of working as well as analytical thinking, an affinity for numbers and the ability to work in a team
Your destination
- Coordination and analysis of day-to-day operations to improve guest satisfaction
- Creating various reports on internet products and plans as well as analyzing the current booking and sales situation, bandwidth consumption, availability and distribution
- Participation in maximizing utilization and revenue for the connectivity area
- Support in optimizing the product result in cooperation with the relevant departments
- Support in projects to improve internal processes and further developments
