We are currently looking for a Front Office Agent (STARS)* for our ibis Styles Klagenfurt am Wörthersee
You will be happy to take on these tasks:
- Professional and cordial reception of guests
- Check-in/check-out as well as carrying out follow-up bookings
- Central contact person for all guest requests
- Receive and carefully process reservation requests
- You carry out all administrative tasks at the front office safely and independently and contribute to an effective and efficient operational process
- Experience with the Opera hotel software will help you in your new job

Remuneration is based on the collective agreement for the hospitality industry and amounts to EUR 2,026.00 gross on a full-time basis. We would like to discuss your final salary with you personally based on your knowledge and experience.
