Your tasks
Preparation of meals for our patients.
Support with menu planning and calculations, including for special events.
Communicating with suppliers and ordering goods.
Monitoring and compliance with the statutory hygiene regulations (HACCP) and compliance with occupational safety guidelines.
Assisting with the picking of food and goods.
Standing in for the kitchen manager in case of absence (vacation or illness).
Your qualifications
Ideally, you have completed training as a chef (m/f/d) or other training in the catering industry.
Initial professional experience in a comparable position is desirable, but not a prerequisite.
You are familiar with current food laws and regulations (LMHV, HACCP).
Confident use of a PC and basic knowledge of common programs is a matter of course for you.
You are characterized by commitment and the ability to work in a team as well as a willingness to learn and perform.
Service and customer-oriented work and a high level of reliability round off your profile.
