Employee Operations Control Center (m/f/d)

• Vocational training in the field of travel or equivalent training and professional experience in tourism
• Willingness to work 24/7 shifts
• Very good knowledge of German and English and confident in using MS Office 365
• Strong communication skills and a high degree of service orientation, sense of responsibility and flexibility

• Organization and coordination of alternative arrival and departure options for our guests to the AIDA ships for short-term external and internal inquiries (e.g. registration, travel documents, unscheduled arrivals and departures)
• First point of contact in the event of delays or cancellations of flights, buses or trains for the various transportation service providers and cooperation with various departments and our ships
• Supporting the medical team in the event of return transportation due to illness
• Contact person for crew and business travelers in emergency situations in the area of transportation
• Reporting to service providers (airlines and bus companies, airport stations, etc.) in the event of last-minute changes due to cancellations or new bookings and rebookings
• Supporting divisional management and the Incident Commander, particularly in emergencies and crisis situations, as well as taking on travel service tasks outside regular opening hours
