The tasks:

  • Proactive customer acquisition and support with the aim of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships (incl. contract negotiations and contract conclusion)
  • Co-design and implementation of creative sales and promotion campaigns (e.g. Sales Blitz)
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales
  • Working closely with the commercial team and the hotel managers of the individual hotels
  • Market observation and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Participation in trade fairs, networking events and customer events
  • Reporting and analyzing sales figures
  • Representing the brand with personality and passion

Our requirements:

  • Completed commercial training or studies in the hotel industry, tourism, business administration or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in sales - ideally in the hotel, catering or service industry
  • Confident, engaging manner and excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High level of self-motivation, goal orientation and enjoyment of proactive work
  • Entrepreneurial thinking paired with analytical understanding and strategic foresight
  • Willingness to travel within the region or to the hotels and events supported
  • Confident handling of MS Office and common CRM systems
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
