Your tasks

Project management of hiking and cycling trails, in particular cooperation in the upcoming implementation of the new concept for the hiking trail network in the Palatinate Forest
Contact person for the Kaiserslautern accommodation providers
Handling of conferences
Guest information and advice (in person, by telephone and in writing)

Your qualifications

Successfully completed three-year vocational training in the tourism sector, e.g. travel agent or tourism clerk or a completed three-year commercial apprenticeship with experience in the tourism sector
Ideally experience in the implementation of tourism projects
Knowledge of Kaiserslautern and the Palatinate region
Passion for nature and a great affinity for hiking and cycling
Strong service and customer orientation
Good written and spoken English skills
Good knowledge of MS Office programs
Knowledge of outdooractive/ komoot is an advantage
Willingness to work flexible hours
Ability to work in a team, reliability, sense of responsibility
