We are looking to strengthen our field sales team:
Area Sales Manager (m/f/d) in the
Field service - Northern Bavaria region
Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact for our customers in the sales area. You will provide comprehensive advice on our products, services and individual solutions.
- You will continuously analyze and optimize the sales and earnings potential of existing customers, identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies to exploit this potential.
- You take responsibility for sales and earnings in your sales territory. With your feel for the market and your strategic measures, you will secure and increase our sales targets.
- You will actively acquire new business customers by specifically identifying potential and developing and implementing convincing, tailor-made sales concepts.
- You observe market and competitive developments, analyze relevant trends and market segments and derive targeted, future-oriented sales strategies.
Your profile
- You have completed training, ideally in wholesale or retail or in the catering industry.
- You have several years of field service experience in wholesale or B2B food service and have in-depth knowledge of commercial kitchens, food service and solid customer and sales experience in this environment.
- You are reliable, committed and a strong communicator and know how to maintain long-term customer relationships.
- You act independently, target-oriented and with a high degree of initiative and a sense of responsibility.
- Your negotiating skills and strong powers of persuasion are convincing.
- You have strong analytical skills and naturally have the IT skills common in the sales environment (e.g. MS Office).
