Supervisor Casting & Rehearsals (m/f/d)
Your previous course
- Completed training or studies, preferably in the artistic field
Field (e.g: Performing arts, cultural management, theater studies,
Event management) - Several years of professional experience in the areas of casting, rehearsals, performing arts (dance, singing, acting, acrobatics), artist, cultural or theater management or evening performance management
Theater management or evening performance management - Management experience as an artistic director in the areas of singing,
Dance or drama - Very good command of English and German as well as confident use of MS
Office 365 - Goal-oriented and precise way of working, quality and service awareness
Flexibility and ability to work in a team
Your destination
- Ensuring a smooth casting and rehearsal process
- Artist selection and scheduling, including conducting casting interviews, briefings and comprehensive support for applicants and performers
- Deputy management of castings and auditions incl. artistic classification in collaboration with the Casting & Rehearsals Manager
- Supervision and quality management of rehearsals including content supervision for all choreographic trainers as well as content control and follow-up of choreographic rehearsal material
- Project work in the area of casting & rehearsals as well as organizational communication and coordination
- Active networking and maintaining contacts on the German-speaking and international artists’ market
