Apprenticeship as an office management assistant (m/f/d) specializing in human resources management / assistance and secretarial services
Your previous course
- Secondary school leaving certificate, advanced technical college certificate or Abitur with good to very good grades
- Organizational talent with fun dealing with numbers and words
- Very good communication skills, conscientiousness and a high degree of service orientation
- Very good German and English language skills and good knowledge of MS Office 365
- Ideally initial practical experience through internships or part-time jobs
Your destination
- Your training will focus on “Human Resources Management” and “Assistance and Secretarial Services”
- Comprehensive insights into HR management processes
- Active support of the team in day-to-day operations
- Operational communication and correspondence
- Assistance and secretarial tasks for the HR department
- Taking on project-related tasks in the area of personnel and organization
