Your tasks
You form the interface between office and field service and schedule 25 coaches and 30 drivers in compliance with all legal regulations
You represent the department management
You take on emergency assignments as a replacement driver and can be reached by phone day and night
In close coordination with product management, you will ensure maximum utilization of the fleet, hire additional vehicle capacity at peak times and take care of all necessary ancillary activities
Your qualifications
Several years of dispatching experience, preferably in a coach company
Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and strong IT affinity
Very good knowledge of traffic geography in international travel
Very high level of reliability, commitment and initiative
Assertiveness and strong communication skills
