Your tasks
Supporting the entire assignment and registration process with authorities and interested parties
Preparing and applying for visa applications and other country- and client-specific documents in collaboration with the specialist departments and advisory services
Supporting and advising colleagues and subcontractors throughout all phases of the assignment
Interface between the specialist department, finance department and HR
Further development of processes in the area of employee secondment
Organizational support for our global assembly activities
General administrative activities
Your qualifications
Completed training in travel management or training and/or studies in tourism management or similar
High level of service orientation and very good MS Office skills
Good verbal and written communication skills – both in German and English
Ideally several years of experience and strong expertise in handling international employee assignments
Independent working style with high quality standards
Interested career changers (m/f/d) can be trained professionally
