The Deutsche Bundesbank is a special bank. Together with the ECB and the other European central banks, we ensure a stable euro. For this and other central bank tasks, we need a wide variety of specialists in the most diverse areas of work so that the institution can function.
For members of the Deutsche Bundesbank, we run the “Tannenhof” vacation home in Grafenhausen in the southern Black Forest with a total of 16 guest rooms and 3 apartments. We offer our guests a vacation home with half board, an indoor swimming pool and spacious outdoor facilities.
Your tasks
You are a host / hostess with heart and soul and enjoy taking on commercial and organizational tasks.
Together with the house management, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly and that your guests have a perfect vacation experience.
As the friendly face of the vacation home, you will look after guests at reception or in the restaurant service, as well as taking care of administrative tasks in the office.
If required, you can also provide support in other areas of the vacation home, e.g. housekeeping.
Your qualifications
Completed training in the catering / hotel industry (e.g. hotel management assistant) or at least 3 years of relevant professional experience including administrative activities
Strong communication and organizational skills
High service orientation as well as friendly and courteous appearance with good manners
Independent and at the same time team-oriented way of working
Strong commitment and ability to work under pressure
Good German language skills (written and spoken)
Health suitability and willingness to undergo a medical examination for employment
