Your tasks
Efficient, intelligent organization of kitchen and operational processes
Menu planning and complaints management
Motivating staff management including development and rostering
Responsibility for the profitability of your company restaurant
Ensuring compliance with all hygiene guidelines and our high quality standards, including documentation
Purchasing and ordering goods, including documentation in the merchandise management system
Customer contact person on site
Your qualifications
Completed training as a chef, ideally further training as a chef de cuisine
Professional experience in community catering
Management experience
High service mentality and passion for your profession
Strong organizational and communication skills
Inventiveness and openness to new challenges
