Your tasks
* As a canteen manager (m/f/d) with approx. 45 employees, you will be responsible for
Employees for our patient and staff catering, as well as the catering

* You will be responsible for menu planning, merchandise planning and production.
* You will be involved in menu design and the preparation of daily

Your qualifications
* You have completed vocational training as a chef
(m/f/d) and a completed training as a chef (m/f/d)
or catering manager (m/f/d). In addition, you already have
Experience as a kitchen manager or deputy kitchen manager.
* You already have professional experience in the catering industry and in
Canteen kitchen operation.
* You have a sound knowledge of compliance with
Food hygiene requirements according to European standards.
* You have already gained initial experience in change management.
* You are an organizational talent and convince with an agile

* Your pronounced entrepreneurial thinking, sense of responsibility,
