Stuttgarter Kolpinghäuser e.V. is a non-profit youth hostel run by the Kolping Society. The organization runs two trainee and youth hostels in Stuttgart with a total of around 400 places. The Kolping houses in Stuttgart primarily provide youth accommodation for trainees, but also serve as guest and conference houses. The demands on the kitchen operations are correspondingly varied. In addition to communal catering in the youth residence, the public lunch table and in-house event catering are also part of the regular remit. The company is also involved as a certified catering partner in Stuttgart – primarily in the communal catering of other residential homes as well as in school and daycare facilities.
