Your tasks:
- Preparation of fresh, regional and seasonal dishes
- Co-design and further development of our menu
- Responsibility for the smooth running of the kitchen
- Compliance with hygiene and quality standards (HACCP)
- Ordering and checking goods in collaboration with the kitchen manager
Your profile:
- Completed training as a chef or comparable experience
- Passion for good food and high-quality products
- Creativity and enjoyment of regional cuisine
- Team spirit, reliability and independent working style
- Clean and structured work
- Good knowledge of German
