To strengthen our Subscription and CRM team, we’re looking for you to join us at our Frankfurt am Main location as a Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for digital multi-user licenses. A part-time position is also possible.

Here's what it's all about

  • Personal, proactive sales of leading trade media brands (including Hotel- und Gastromedien, Lebensmittel Zeitung, TextilWirtschaft, and HORIZONT) with the goal of marketing digital access in the form of multi-user licenses and subscriptions to major clients in retail and industry
  • Identifying sales opportunities with existing customers as well as acquiring new customers
  • Establishing contact in person, by phone, or via email, with CRM support
  • Independently designing customized offers for clients and presenting them
  • Collaborating on new offers, pricing, and all projects aimed at further developing this area
  • Occasional attendance at national trade shows and events
  • Monitoring the market and competition

What Sets You Apart

  • Initial professional experience in sales—ideally in the media industry
  • A college degree
  • Strong affinity for new communication technologies
  • Strong persuasiveness, good communication and presentation skills, and a confident demeanor
  • Sales talent—in writing, on the phone, and in person
  • A structured, meticulous approach to work and analytical thinking
  • Ability to work well in a team and handle pressure
  • Knowledge of the consumer goods industry and retail is a plus, but not required
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel); experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
