Your Responsibilities
Preparing hot and cold dishes from European cuisine
Plating, portioning, and garnishing dishes
Assisting with the planning and organization of kitchen operations
Placing orders independently, including inventory control
Compliance with legal and internal hygiene and quality standards
You will be part of our kitchen team at a company cafeteria in Düsseldorf-Derendorf.
Your Qualifications
We are currently looking for a dedicated chef (m/f/d) who prioritizes the craft of cooking and is passionate about preparing high-quality dishes. Ideally, you have experience in the restaurant industry as well as experience working with high-quality ingredients.
Training in the culinary field, e.g., as a chef or institutional chef
Professional experience in the restaurant industry
A passion for the culinary craft
Enjoyment of working with high-quality ingredients
Ability to work well in a team and reliability
