Your Responsibilities
Organization of the Banquet Business
Receiving and processing reservations from all channels using AI (online, email, phone)
Maintaining the banquet and reservation system
Planning events, managing meeting rooms, overseeing setups
Monitoring the quality of our creative coffee breaks
Preparing for and supporting the weekly banquet meeting
Supporting our trainers and seminar leaders
Reviewing and verifying reservations, overbookings, and options
General maintenance of the PMS system (duplicates)
Close and trusting collaboration with administration
New area of responsibility within the Manager on Duty role
Your Qualifications
Training in the hospitality, food service, and/or event management industries, or experience as a career changer
Professional experience in banquet operations, reservations, and front desk services
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and hotel or banquet software
Organizational skills, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to prioritize
Ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team
