Your Responsibilities
Preparing and cooking hot and cold dishes
Properly plating dishes
Interacting with guests at the food service counter, taking feedback
Helping to shape the menu and food offerings
Complying with legal and internal hygiene and quality standards
Join us in helping to shape our new opening in Kulmbach.
Your Qualifications
Training in the hospitality industry | Food service, or several years of experience as a career changer
Ideally, practical experience in institutional food service
Creativity in planning varied coffee breaks
Focus on healthy, nutritious cuisine with vegetarian and vegan options, creative coffee breaks, and cold dishes in the evening
Willingness to learn and work hard, as well as the ability to work well in a team
