Your Responsibilities
Organizing and ensuring housekeeping services for residents (service support, laundry, events)
Monitoring cleaning results (provided by an external service provider) and compliance with hygiene regulations
Creating work schedules for the service team
Orienting and training new employees
Organizing and distributing work uniforms for all departments
Communicating and collaborating with other departments within the facility
Your Qualifications
Completed training as a housekeeper or hotel management professional
Professional experience, ideally in a leadership role in the healthcare, elder care, or hotel industry
Basic knowledge of business administration
Good command of German and strong communication skills
Interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of and experience with digital media and tools
