Your Responsibilities
As Spa Manager (m/f/d), you will lead the BODY & SOUL Organic Spa wellness and fitness area with the goal of achieving maximum revenue while ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction
Leading an international spa and fitness team of up to 34 employees and supporting their career development
Implementing AIDA SPA standards, training, and developing the team in the areas of wellness massage, cosmetics, fitness, and hair styling
Designing attractive travel highlights in the SPA & Fitness area, in line with the overall concept on board
Proactive and highly communicative Spa Manager (m/f/d) with an eye for flexible guest service
Monitoring inventory levels with regard to business management aspects
Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and hygiene guidelines within the area of responsibility
Your Qualifications
Training and several years of professional and leadership experience in wellness and spa management or as a Spa Wellness Manager (m/f/d), ideally aboard cruise ships or in a wellness hotel
Goal- and results-oriented with a strong understanding of key business metrics
Excellent German and English language skills and proficiency in MS Office 365
Ideally, knowledge of Fidelio Spa and the Crunch Time inventory management system
Strong service and sales orientation, a positive demeanor, confidence, and strong communication skills
