Your Job
Here’s what you can expect on your journey with us:
- In this role, you’ll be the all-around point of contact for guests in our multi-award-winning SPA & Sport area.
- Daily active promotions of SPA & Sport products, such as Babor, alessandro, EMS-Smartworkout, Blackroll, etc.
- Generate enthusiasm among guests for cosmetic products, treatments, and other offerings through presentations, promotions, and special events.
- Handling administrative documentation for promotions in accordance with the service catalog, including planning and execution.
- Training staff as needed.
- Contract duration for your first assignment: either 4 or 6 months, with the possibility of subsequent contracts
- Your promotion will be based on your availability in relation to the on-board scheduling and is generally possible year-round.
Your Course & Your Talents
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training in sales; experience in a specialty area within the SPA & Sports sector is a plus
- Several years of professional and industry experience
- Excellent manners, a well-groomed appearance, and a strong service orientation
- Organizational and communication skills, and a team player
- Good computer skills
- Very good German and good English skills
